EDUCATION: As in many industries, Real Estate is constantly changing. Education is a vital component to continued success. Jim and Polly take education quite seriously, both completing the Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI), both have attained the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) and both are Real Estate Brokers. The Eagles have their Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration, and bring strong financial and administrative backgrounds to their real estate business. Jim and Polly have over 400 hours of education in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance, Contracts and Exchanging.
EXPERIENCE: The Eagles have combined real estate experience of 47+ years. Jim has been an Expert Witness for Santa Clara County Superior Court. He served as the Secretary/Treasurer of the San Jose Board of Realtors in 1999. Jim was also a member of the Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors in 1999. Both are members of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, San Jose Board of Realtors, and South County Board of Realtors. Polly shares her extensive real estate expertise as an office "mentor" providing one-on-one training and mentoring for new Coldwell Banker agents joining the Morgan Hill office.
